Date with mom Part II cause going out and having an all-girl bonding date with her makes me really happy. Nothing feels greater than spending quality time with her. After spending 3 hours at Nuat Thai, I treated her to Sumosam, Gateway Mall Cubao for lunch on a rainy afternoon. We’re ready to eat heavy!
Sumosam Gateway opened last June. It’s one of the best thing that happened at Gateway Mall. Weee~ This mall is just a few steps from home that’s why I’m so happy that we can now enjoy authentic Japanese cuisine anytime we want!
My boyfriend, Eton, joined us that afternoon too 😉 We started with a sip of hot tea.
Eton sticked with his favorite Sumosam Sizzling Kani (P190).
I ordered Chicken Katsu Curry (P228). I dont really like eating curry at all but I know I had to try this one and I made the right decision! I love it! The vinaigrette salad was perfect too! – cause I dont eat any other salad.
A mandatory order at Sumosam – Bacon Aspagus (P208)! Sumosam experience isn’t complete without this! It’s my all time favorite!
Mom ordered their Sumo Donburi Tonkatsu (P218) and I’m glad she liked it!
All in all, we all enjoyed the experience and left Sumosam with BIG happy tummies. Big is beautiful indeed! How about you? What do you think is the best Sumosam dish?
