This knitted beret with pom pom is such a great find! Would you believe I got it for only P200? And below, are photos of my knitted cardiagn that I got for only P850. If you are looking for affordable Korean and Japanese fashion clothes, do purchase at

Last weekend, I visited Dermclinic to try their Mesotheraphy. A procedure in which very small doses of medication, vitamins, minerals, and amino acids (L-carnitine) are repeatedly injected on the skin to melt away fats, targeting body contouring and cellulite reduction. (ouch?)
It was actually my second attempt. The first one failed because their L-Carnitine went out of stock. I was really eager to try it that I didn’t mind waiting for 40 minutes to have my turn because my fats are already showing up on my tummy part when I’m sitted – blame the holidays. Apparently, upon consultation, the dermatologist told me that I am not fit for a Mesotheraphy procedure since there aren’t enough fats to remove. Wow. I didn’t know if I should be happy or not. I didn’t want all my time and effort going there put into waste so I requested for another procedure which is Radio frequency (RF) and after several kulits, they finally granted it. 🙂
The RF procedure lasted for about 30 minutes. It can be done on the abdomen, thighs, face, or any part that has to be firm. Each part will cost you P4000 per session. Here are some pros and cons on Dermclinic’s RF:
(+)
No pain
Dissolves fatty cells
Regenerate skin
Increase blood circulation
(-)
No visible results on first session – which is normal with any treatments.
Slight itchiness or discomfort but tolerable
I such a happy girl! Would love to go back for another session soon! And of course, I will start with my morning exercise now, promise! Actually I started out by moving all my darling to their new shoe cabinet. It’s an amusing workout, I tell you. Haha.
Yikes, there are more pairs lined up but there’s no space left. I asked them to please stay in their boxes first while I’m saving up for a new cabinet! 😀
