Last Sunday, I went to Regine’s Salon to meet my +1 giveaway winner and had our hair colored for Loreal’s Wear Your Color Proud campaign. Through this, we had a proper consultation and diagnosis in the salon with our hairstylists on what color would go best with our Filipina skin tone.

They’ve used Loreal Inoa hair color on us. I think the hair color choices are all suitable for any Filipina skin tone – whether morena, mestiza, or chinita.

Had to take a photo before they start! As you can see below, my hair is black on top, brown in the middle then turning blonde on ends. It’s a mess, I know. I chose 6,45 shade for my new hair color. It’s the nearest shade to my browns that I love so I didn’t choose a different one anymore.

My hairstylist, Perry Casenas, handled everything with care. He also colored the middle part first before the roots and tips. I noticed that the product he used (Loreal Inoa) is free from ammonia smell and not stingy on scalp. My hair is extremely happy about it!

After an hour or so, we were done with the service and here’s the result:

Shiny rich brown hair color! It might look a bit orange-y here because of the salon’s lighting but it’s rich brown. You’ll see the real hair color below on natural light.
My +1 Jennifer Navarro is looking gorgeous too with her new hair transformation!

My +1 opted for a dark brown hair color as this was her first time
From November 11 to 15, you can avail the same promo and your +1 can get a hair color service too for free in partner salons of L’Oreal Professionnel: Bench Fix Salon; Bang’s Tony & Jackey; Henri Calayag Salon; Philippe Tordjman Le Salon; Regine’s.
Thank you L’Oreal Professionnel for choosing me to be one of the firsts to try this exclusive offer. I absolutely love my new look and of course, I am proud of my rich brown hair color!
