Everyday Sparkles

All those glitters are not just for the holidays. In fact, we can bring a bit of that festive shimmer into our everyday looks. For me, I can’t wait for the party season to hit just to wear what I want. If I want to shine today with glittery outfits, I’ll do it right now. Just remember the rule: Avoid being too flashy during the day. And this rule applies even on holidays!

Here’s my take on a sparkly outfit:

 I find this sparkly sweatshirt cool and comfy. It has little touch of glitter but doesn’t shout about. Rather than wearing a full glittered outfit, this one only sparkles when I move around, adding just the right touch of interest without overdoing it.  And also, I like it’s subtle color as it suits from day to night and you won’t have a difficult time choosing a shade for your skirt or pants. As for me, I chose a pastel skirt to brighten up my look and make it fit for summer.

For my shoes, I chose this beautiful pair from Mario d’ Boro which has a nice glittery strap and heels that add a tasteful glint to my whole look. Isn’t it pretty?

Just finished a shoot for a campaign. I realized that having an outdoor photoshoot during summer is like murder. The heat drained out all my energy! Then, while we were rolling for my interview, we experienced a brownout and because of that, we had to retake everything from the start. How unlucky! Nevertheless, I hope it’ll all turn out well.
